An interdisciplinary team of seven honours and masters students redefined how OP Financial Group interacts with their customers. Three of us were based in Australia at Design Factory Melbourne and four based in Finland at Aalto Design Factory.

OP is known for its financial and banking services. They want to be recognised as a diversified service provider. Providing services including: health and wellbeing, housing, transport, entrepreneurship and intelligent digital services.
